Riverbend is proud to provide free online LIVE streaming for each classroom. It is very safe. So safe, that it can be difficult to utilize. We are live streaming all day in the office, if you wanted to come in and view. At home or work , only desktops and laptops are permitted for use. The camera system is not compatible on MAC, tablets or phones. 

Our camera system is username and password protected. We change them as needed or twice a year. You will receive the password and username on the first day of enrollment. You are only permitted to view your child's classroom. Not the common areas. Only family members are permitted to access our cameras.

The camera system is a wonderful way to PEEK in on your child's day. Maybe you are wondering if they are sleeping, or eating. Maybe you want to check if your school age child has arrived at the center. These are all wonderful ways to utilize our system. We do not permit excessive viewing of our day. This is just used for peace of mind, conversation starters or to observe your child's behavior. If we notice someone is "viewing" all day long, your privilege will be removed. THE MORE FAMILIES LOGGED ON, THE SLOWER IT WILL GO. 

We have had many special requests over the years. We will not entertain any special requests regarding the camera system. Such as... "Can Johnny wave to Grandma?" or "I see Jill is using her blue blanket for nap and I wanted her to use the red one,  can you please change it?"

The best thing to use the cameras for is COMMUNICATION! When you ask your child "what did you do at school today? and they answer with ' I don't know" , you can say, 'I saw you painting something blue! I saw you building, what did you construct today?" 

Please remember this is a perk or privilege for Riverbend families. Not all families are able to log on due to technical issues, this is not our fault. Nor can we help you. Please know that we can also revoke your viewing privilege at anytime if it is being abused.
